    There are a large number of Cat 3, 4-5 presentations. Lots of chronic disease in the community, presenting in ED with acute issues (COPD, CKD, etc). If you are covering the wards, you may need to review someone in the dialysis unit (dizzy, SOB, etc). Eas.
